We worked on the phases of design development and construction documents at the office Pakula & Fischer Architekten
2017-2019
The project adds two new buildings to the preexisting office and supermarket. Positioned at the extremity of the site, the new office building will include a fitness studio and give a new image to the area.
The supermarket, situated on the corner of the street, with its compact shape and its large glass façade, contrasts with the volume of the office building.
The building with its timeless brick facade will transform and revitalize this industrial neighborhood.
The arcades covering the first two floors of the building create a sense of harmony and link the street level with the fitness studio on the first floor.
