This charming house from the early 20th century contains three small apartments, whose size still reflects the traditional lifestyle of the past.

The goal of this project was to modernize and enhance two of the apartments with minimal intervention. By building on to the existing rooftop terrace, the apartment on the first floor could be expanded, while a new, elegant rooftop terrace would be created for the attic apartment. The apartment on the first floor wasredesigned to enlarge the bathroom and open the kitchen towards the garden. The new dining area features a large glass facade, offering a view of the lush tree-filled garden.
